| Mainly focusing on the Tateyama history and its religion, this hall explains how people in Tateyama related to nature with historical materials, models and specimens.

- Closing days: every Monday, days following national holidays, New Year's holidays
(If a Monday is a national holiday, the museum is open on that day but closed the next day.)

| This hall shows a 3-D film with a 15 m large screen to introduce Tateyama's history, religion and nature.

| This facility shows the world of [Tateyama Mandala Chart] categorized according to the five senses and reorganized spaciously. It consists of four areas: ground, sky, way of light and way of darkness.

- Admission: Adult 400 (320) yen
